On November 8-9, 2019, the Teaching Department of Tsinghua University affiliated Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital, organized the 2019 National Resident Standardized Training Annual Professional Skills Test for residents and postgraduate students who were to complete their training program in 2020. Recently, the test result showed that our hospital ranked No. 1.

　　The test, authorized by the Department of Science and Education of the National Health Commission and organized by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, emphasizes on the residents' professional theoretical capacity and clinical intelligence. A total of 106,234 residents from 838 residency training centers and 1,069 testing centers took the test, among whom 39 residents for 9 specialties were from our hospital.

　　Since its establishment, the hospital has been dedicated to education and teaching refinement by referring from Taiwan Changgung Memorial Hospital as well as from overseas top teaching hospitals to establish a comprehensive "Integrated Resident-Specialist training system". And the hospital has been qualified national resident training center for 10 specialties and pilot center for 2 specialties within five years. And the hospital also became one of the first National Demonstration Centers of Clinical Teaching and Training in 2018.

　　Aimed to become a teaching and research-oriented hospital, Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital always commits to foster medical elites by constantly improving the teaching quality, expanding teaching faculty and accelerating the faculty’s advancement. The hospital carries out a variety of special training workshops, provides timely feedback to the trainees and tracks the effectiveness of training constantly.
